Sky Stream remote Questions

My mum has Alzheimer's and I have just gotten Sky Stream as she was unable to use her new smart tv but had managed fine with her old Sky box. However the Sky Stream remote doesn't have a tv guide button which means again she can't use it. Is it possible to get a remote with a tv guide button or programme one of the buttons to go straight to tv guide or to automatically go to tv guide when the tv is switched on? Any help would be appreciated as otherwise it's yet another thing she can't use......
