We've had an ongoing issue with sky glass subtitles for months but have been hoping it would be sorted this many months on now.

whenever we watch a programme from playlist that's NOT from a provider such as all4 or itvx for example. If we fast forward even slightly, the substitles won't show for sometimes up to 5 mins then appear with the subs from the VERY start.

appreciate the complications around subtitles and the live section etc. but if this links in the same way, I hate to say it but you made the choice to host playback this way.

also playback of shows mainly on uk tv channels will advertise subs but don't have any at all.

Well if I restart a programme that's started even on a major channel like itv I don't get any subtitles now and having to hope it's on an app 🤦🏻

Sorry I did. It took 10 mins for them to kick in on an episode of coronation street 🤦🏻
