Hello,

I'm unsure if this post belongs in this forum but I thought it was the best match. I have severe anxiety which makes it difficult when talking on the phone and wanted to see if there were any other contact options for sky? Such as live chats or emails?

If you are registered with the accessibility team then you get more contact methods
