      <description>&lt;P&gt;Whilst I can email Sky accessibility - sometimes I need a faster method of communicating !!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;"Message Us" on &lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-vip-contact-us#get-in-touch" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-vip-contact-us#get-in-touch&lt;/A&gt; appears to have been forgotten - it shows "&lt;EM&gt;Sorry, Sky Messenger is currently unavailable.now,&lt;/EM&gt;" constantly&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Why and when will this be fixed ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;TEXMEE app is a joke - it fails me every time&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and TEXT RELAY is a pain to use&lt;/P&gt;</description>
