They gave me an email address which did not work, that was the issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I will just write and cancel my subscription. If I cannot contact anyone via email, SKY is of no use to me when I have an issue. Only been with them since January.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for the reply.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried the messging option and have been in a queue for almost half an hour.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have just received a letter - I assume all SKY customers have, of the increase. This allows me to cancel my contract within one month of receiving this letter if I do not want to pay the increase. So as well as my dissatisfaction, this allows me to cancel my contract early.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
