I'm mandy Hopkins I'm deaf myself I know I'm due pay sky payments today I can't pay until next Friday morning definitely cos I had pay my car services yesterday important for me have car run for shopping I will pay definitely next Friday morning only one off will back normal in November 22 no ok I hope I don't get trouble for this

@Mandy+6569 The billing system is automatic so it is quite likely that you services will be cut off when your account goes overdue until the bill is paid, I would suggest you get in touch with the Accessibility team to try and work something out before this happens
