This will clear the cache etc and you will need your username and password to log back in.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Assuming Glass or stream:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can also reinstall the entire netflix app by going Setting &amp;gt; System Management&amp;gt; Resets and Updates &amp;gt; Apps. Selecting Netflix and reinstalled.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The other thing you can check is the speed your puck is getting.
