Trying to go onto Disney+ but just keep getting a message saying not available in this area can anyone help?

Which TV Platform are you having the issue with? Sky Q, Sky Glass or Sky Stream?

We're having the same problem, with the Sky app and the website.

We've been watching Disney+ with no problem, but now thr Sky app says we can't access the app from this territory. How do I report this? You seem to think all your services are working just fine.
