TNT requires a separate subscription & is not included in any HBO Max subscription (even the premium tier) as these are for Entertainment.

(That said occasionaly the owners WBD do provide some sports content such as Olympics for those with their Entertainment subs)

You can watch TNT Sports through the Max app if the appropriate additional subscription is in place

Realistically the £4.99 minimum HBO tier now bundled with most Sky billing was never going to cover £30+ of TNT content.
