HBO Max sign in does not work

HBO Max does not recognise my email to sign in.and when called sky they said they would look into it after keeping me on the phone for 45minutes and never returned my call. What can I do?

Same problem. Activated HBO Max, but when asked to sign in doesn't recognise the email sky told me to use.

This is what I got from HBO - if it's of any help in sorting out my issue

I have checked and found out that your email is correct but the issue lies with migration from Discovery plus to HBO Max for TNT Sports.

I would request to get in touch with your provider partner Sky and I am sure they can unlink the account and link again freshly and I am sure that it will be resolved

they took a while, but the solution for me was to choose to create a new account using a different email address, rather than trying to link it to my sky email...

no, on sky there was the option to login to hbo or create a new account, I just chose the create new account, it took me to the HBO website via the qr code, I entered a new completely unrelated email, and it just worked. I guess the QR code was the bit that linked the newly created account to sky...

Spoke too soon. Whenever I try to activate HBO max TNT sports it either does nothing or if I want an account I have to pay
