My Disney Plus is coming up with error code 73, I have fully reset my sky q box and internet but still having the problem, this has been going on for 3 days now

If you are not using a vpn then try rebooting your broadband router by leaving it off for ten minutes.

Often that code is because you may have some kind of VPN or mesh system VPN on your network.

You will need to disable the VPN for your Sky TV devices, that you are viewing the Disney app on.

Or it could be that Disney do not see your WAN ip address as regioned correctly to the UK that your broadband ISP supplies you.

You can contact Disney and work with them to check your WAN IP address.
