Often that code is because you have some kind of VPN or mesh system VPN on your network.

You will need to disable the VPN for your Sky TV devices, that you are viewing the Disney app on.

Or it could be that Disney do not see your WAN ip address that your broadband ISP supplies you.

You can contact Disney and work with them to check your WAN IP a address.
