My Disney + has been linked to daughters account. It has been renewing account since May-she has Disney without ads., so a £4 payment. Contacted Sky numerous times told it will renew but never does. Told it is Disney issue , Disney say Sky issue. Have had to take out a normal subscription to watch. Any suggestions?
