I have tried all methods including rebooting Sky Q box, checking software version, refreshing the Apps all to no avail. </SPAN></P><P class=""><SPAN class="">I have tried via the Sky Q box menu, Sky VIP App and then through Sky on web browser also trying clearing cache, using private browsing and using mobile data so not on same network but cannot get to re-activate either of the Apps.</SPAN></P><P class="">&nbsp;</P><P class=""><SPAN class="">In Sky VIP in TV section both Apps show as awaiting activation, and when I click through each it load the first screen showing that they are included with Sky and there is a button that says Activate Disney+ or HBO Max. Then another screen loads saying you will be re-directed to HBO Max or Disney and another button saying ‘Start Activation’ but in then trying to load the next page for HBO Max Activation it errors saying “It looks like you tried to visit this page too quickly. Refresh the page to try again”. Whereas Disney + errors with “You need a Disney+ subscription to do this. Please check you've added Disney+ to your account before trying again.”</SPAN></P><P class="">&nbsp;</P><P class=""><SPAN class="">I have tried the Sky chat option on 3 occasions but they have said it's in pre activation and to wait another 24/48 hours but it's been a week now.
