How do I watch the ufc through sky. I added paramount plus thinking it was on there. Only to be told it's available only in Australia. I just need help.

It should be on TNT Sports Box Office, but the Channel has Disapert from my Channellist... so i can´t order it..

if you look on the above link that tell to get this event it say in the uk its only available on the HBO max app, it will not be available on a TNT sport box office linner Chanel, probably that why its disappeared.

BUT they send is on TNT Sports Box Office, why not in the UK? I added the Channel manual.. so i had the Trailer, and it is not the First time TNT Sports Shoes that, it is truly annoying, i not want watch a live event via Stream.

They send it TNT Sports Box Office UK and IE.. but for whom? or just the Trailer ^^ that no one can see 😄 not the First time either..

Why they send a Trailer on TNT Sports Office 1 UK and Ireland that no one can see!?

And Few days ago it was an other info.

That i coult Order the PPC via TNT sports Box Office..

But..

Basically it's just a Switzerland to get more money from you, Ive has to upgrade to the £1 per month version of hbo max to access it.

That is right now to see on TNT Sports Box Office 1 UK and Ireland. Satelitte Channel, But the channel is Hidden.. on SKY Q and SKY+ HD

That is what i think is so silly. And not the First PPV Event that does this...
And Few Years ago they had Send a PPV for Free on the old SKY Red Button Channels..

Fro what I read in you previous post you manually add the channel it was not now available as a Sky channel The linner channel may be avalable in other countries but not a available to a uk audience that why is no longer available as a Sky channel. The trailer is free to view s o you can see it, but actual event will be encrypted only available in countries that have the rights to see it as a linner channel and will be available in there uk Guide. Actually TNT sports is only available in HBO max app in the uk, it not available to subscribers in Ireland, they get TNT sports differently as part of there sky sports subscription called Sky sports extra, if you the info it said that it was not available to viewers in the UK as it TNT sports was now available on HBO max app. No mention was that it not available to viewers in Ireland. As TNT sports is not available to them onHBO max app, I would mind betting that it is avalable still as Inner channel there and appears as a Sky channel on there box's ,

No If you just have the basic with ads tier , that is free to sky Q and stream subscribers you should be able to purchase this box office event.

I believe it is an extra purchase via the HBO Max app.

The UK and Republic of Ireland have separate broadcasting and distribution arrangements, and TNT Sports is not included with HBO Max in Ireland. My assumption is that Warner Bros. Discovery still wanted UFC 329 to be legally available in Ireland, so the main card has been made available through TNT Sports Box Office via Sky Ireland. That is currently the only confirmed residential purchasing option in the Republic of Ireland.

In the UK, Warner Bros. Discovery appears to have taken a broader approach. The event can be purchased through HBO Max, EE TV, Virgin Media TV, Prime Video and on supported Sky devices through the HBO Max app. Prime Video does not require a Prime subscription, so viewers do not necessarily need a traditional pay-TV service. This considerably increases the potential reach of the event in the UK.

I would assume that WBD wanted the event to be accessible to as many UK viewers as possible, regardless of their television provider, or whether they have a traditional television subscription at all. It is also reasonable to assume that providing several legitimate purchasing options may help discourage unauthorised streaming. However, these are assumptions, as WBD has not publicly explained the commercial reasoning behind the different arrangements.

Without going too far off-topic, McGregor's reputation is not exactly favourable in Ireland at present, and I think that could potentially affect domestic demand. Among the controversies are the civil case in which a jury found him guilty after he had non-consensual conduct with Nikita Hand - a finding upheld when his appeal was dismissed, his much-publicised but ultimately unsuccessful effort to enter the 2025 Irish presidential race, and his 2019 assault conviction for punching a pub patron who refused a glass of his whiskey. Anyone interested can research those matters further.

It is therefore possible that WBD expected demand to be lower in Ireland and decided that distribution through Sky alone would be sufficient. Again, that is only my interpretation; there is no public confirmation that McGregor’s reputation or projected Irish demand influenced the decision.

The linear TNT Sports Box Office channel is still relevant for authorised UK commercial premises, such as pubs, clubs, hotels and casinos that purchase the event through TNT Sports Business. It is also used for residential Sky customers in the Republic of Ireland. UK residential Sky customers, by contrast, watch the purchased event through the HBO Max app rather than through the linear satellite channel.

HBO Max is available in Ireland, but TNT Sports is not included with the Irish version of the service. Irish residential viewers must therefore purchase UFC 329 through Sky Ireland and watch it on TNT Sports Box Office.
