hi @Geordiejim

Is this trying to watch the Tour de France ?

The Tour De France, is not included in the HBO Max entertainment subscription but needs the TNT premium Sports subscription, so if you select it (like other sports within the HBO Max app) you may be prompted to upgrade

If it something else please give so more info as the exact message and when you get it.

Yes TDF was the reason.

@Geordiejim

Without the TNT subscription on HBO Max you'll still be able to catch-up with the Tour every evening via Channel 5's highlights show 🚲
