I have HBO basic with ads as part of my package, will I be able to watch the tour as part of this package?

No, you would need the whole TNT Sports package.

No, unfortunately you would need the TNT Sports subscription to watch, either through hbo max or other service (like sky)

S4c have some stages to be shown live will be: 1, 2, 3, 18, 19, 20, 21 live on S4C

As part of a free to air agreement between WBD and Channel 5, highlights will be on Channel 5 in the evenings.

For irish viewers, TG4 will show most stages live (depending on scheduling conflicts) with a 30 minute highlights show in the evening.
