I'm having problems watching my fins on Disney they keep stopping and buffering. So annoying can't watch anything

What Sky hardware are you using? Sky Q? Sky Stream puck? Sky Glass?

Have you checked your broadband connection to the device? Is it fast and stable enough?

Try using the Disney+ app on a different non-Sky streaming device or on your smart TV.
