Amazon Prime subscriptions are all dealt with direct with Amazon and not via SKY - you probably need to upgrade on another device (I use my browser on a PC to manage all my Amazon subscriptions)

On the Prime Video app, if you're logged in with your main Amazon profile you can simply navigate to the main menu by clicking to the left, then click Settings and under the Prime heading is the option to go ad-free for £2.99pm.
