    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have spent hours and hours on the phone with both Disney and Sky; exactly the same problem as you. I've even had Sky on one mobile talking to Disney on another. The only way Sky can sort it is to set me up to pay £4 a month, and then drop me to the free / with ads subscription. However this has happened before and it didn't work. All I want to do is watch Rivals!!!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Disney+ Account Linking Disaster</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I activated my Disney+ with Sky and clearly made a mess of it. I read the online guides and thought it was possible to import an existing Disney+ account that uses a different email address to my Sky account email. How wrong I was.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have spent hours and hours on the phone to Sky and Disney, neither have solved it. Sky believe I have an active subscription through them, but Disney cannot find one. Disney ask me to ask Sky for a 16 digit reference number, Sky instead send me a 50 character partner ID. Disney have no idea what to do with that.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Has anyone else had this and managed to solve it? Absolutely appalled that the two companies don't work this out together, and instead ask me to be a middle-man. My contract is with Sky, it is Sky's responsibility to fix this.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I am unable to watch Disney+ through Sky and I contacted both Sky and Disney+ customer service for help. Disney+ have requested the 16 digits reference number in order to investigate from their end, but I cannot obtain it from Sky Customer service as neither of the agents know what this is/how to obtain it. I've spend multiple hours on the phone to Sky and Disney, neither have solved it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Has anyone else had this and managed to solve it?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In mysky app right now I have “ Disney plus starts soon”&lt;/P&gt;</description>
