Error 1026 trying to access Disney+

Keep getting error 1026 on trying to open Disney+ app which I get as part of my Sky package. It was working fine previously. I have refreshed the apps and turned everything off including my router and when turned back on same error appears. Anybody know how to fix this?

Is this on Sky Q, if so try this:

Restart your device and router.

Click your Home button, then highlight Settings, press 0 0 1, select Apps and then select Refresh apps. This can take up to 24 hours, as it clears all caches.
