I have the same problem. It appears to be Channel.

May I however throw this info into the discussion.

I have a License TV with Freely installed(Vida O.S.) and the problem is not there.

I use the Sky Puck on the same TV and it is only with Sky that I have the problem.

The TV and the Puck are connected WiFi through the same router and the TV and the Puck are next to each other.

I hope Sky read this site.

This error has come up a number of times on here and is mainly due to some kind of ad blocker or VPN on your local network or mesh system.

C5 themselves have reported the same for this error.

You will either need to turn the ad blocker or VPN off or exempt the Sky TV boxes from them.

Which Sky tv platform do you have?
