&lt;P&gt;You have tried all we would suggest, for what is often with that code is a catch all message for a networking issue.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;One last thing to try is to contact Disney via their chat or call. They are most helpful.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;We have found some have had help from &amp;nbsp;talking to them, when an ISP wan ip address is reporting incorrectly via the app and Disney have managed to clear it for your account.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Go here and either engage on chat or use the call number.&lt;/P&gt;
