According to my Sky account I now have access to HBO Max free with ads.

When I select HBO MAx on tv a message says I have to log in to my Sky account to gain access.

One contradicts the other!

Help.

Yes checked & confirm I have HBO Max as part of my account. When I select HBO Max & confirm against my name then choose a programme the tv message says go to sky account to activate. !!
