@RebeccaLuckings do you mean your TV, as you posted? Or your Sky box? You can't add apps to your Sky box. You would have to refer to your TV manual for whether or not you can add one there.

You cannot add apps to any Sky hardware, be it Sky Q, Sky Stream or Sky Glass.
Sky control their platform and there is no App Store so you can only use the apps they choose.
If you are using Sky Q or Sky Stream on your own smart TV then your TV's OS may have its own App Store and will allow you to download apps of your choosing directly to your TV rather than the Sky hardware.
