Ultra hd program not recording in ultra hd having to manually down load only records in hd is this normal

On SKY Q there are are only a couple of Sports channels that have 'live' UHD (Main Event & F1 + selected other sports for certain live events)

All other UHD SKY content is only availble via downloads on SKY Q

(Apps such as Netflix/Disney+ etc do stream in UHD if you have their relevant subscription tiers)
