Disney + no longer working

I recently switched my Disney + from direct to via sky. Everything was fine until yesterday when it just stopped working. After a 40 minute call call with sky they told me to contact Disney as they couldn't fix. Another 20 minute call call with Disney resulted in them telling my the issue lies with sky. Again another sky called has left them raising a ticket as they can't fix it.
has anyone else had a similar experience and if so, how did you get it rectified.
