I have cancelled my subscription to Disney, and subsequently subscribed through Sky, I'm still unable to watch Disney, any idea what I'm doing g wrong

Just for anyone else in future, you don't need to cancel Disney plus to re subscribe with the same email address with Sky.

You can just sign up to Disney plus with the same email and password.through the sky link on the my sky app.

It then knows that you have an existing account and sky takes over your account. Job done.
