@Raptor wrote:

I fell for the Sky "activation" set up by Sky and where it said I still needed to activate Disney + it uses the subtle Disney + Standard making me think I had to add the cost onto my package.

After reading all the blogs and asking AI it's a known trick loafs of people fall for by Sky to get you to move from your Disney+ standard (no ads) deal onto Disney+ standard when activating at an additional £4 per month.

I honestly thought Sky had stopped being so slippery these days!

There isn't an option to reverse and downgrade on my Sky login (suprise suprise!) and obviously £4 is out of my account already!

I'd there anyway of sorting this online so I go back to my Disney+ Standard (with ads) as part of my package or do I have to call?

The cancel button is looking very tempting as I've not had the broadband element hooked up yet and without my 30day rights!

Any help greatly appreciated for an already dissatisfied Sky customer as I'm sure it was an "honest" mistake still!

hi @Raptor

You can downgrade but it is via SKY Marketplace (although it will happen at next billing for Disney+ subscription - note not SKY subscription date)

I believe you can do this online & via the MY SkY app (I have not cheked the exact routes for these)

You can also do this via your Q box (if you have this)

Home - MySky - Upgrades -Your Products (which can take a while to load & ask for PIN) - App Subscriptions

Then tab to the subscription -

Then Tab right for option required

The option to change shows takes into a further screen with the options and a button to Manage subscription
