Utsav plus he programmes over running and affecting recordings

We have a few shows on channel 705 Utsav Plus HD that are over running and affecting our recordings that we either only see less than half the episodes or miss it. It's been like that the last couple of days. Either they need to cut the advertisements out or review the scheduling! Its really frustrating that we can't rely on the recording and programme schedule!

I agree it's so frustrating I have to record every serial as each one is falling into the other it's pathetic not what we pay sky for😡

@Nat105 oddly enough Sky aren't responsible for Utsav's programming and timekeeping, even if you're receiving the channel via the Sky platform.

Complain to Utsav.

This issue is driving me completely crazy. Everything is off schedule. Anyone know how to contact Utsav Plus? Whenever I've messaged them in the past, I've not received any kind of response. It's really frustrating.

Our contract is with Sky, so it would be best for us to address our concerns directly with them. They can then work with Utsav Plus, their supplier partner, to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, our influence over Utsav Plus is limited.

The EPG data for satellite channels is provided by the channels and not Sky. Therefore if the issue is with the EPG information being incorrect you need to raise this with the channel.

I am writing to address an issue with my TV, Broadband, and telephone package. A channel - Utsav plus - that we frequently watch and, more importantly, rely on for recording is not functioning as it should due to the previous program overrunning.

It is unacceptable that many customers, including myself, are facing this problem. While I understand that this may not be directly under Sky's control, I would like to remind you that our contract is with Sky. It is your responsibility to communicate with your supplier partner to find a resolution for these ongoing issues.

I request prompt action to rectify this matter.

FYI this is a community of other Sky customers not Sky customer services so they aren't "our" customers.

You can download the entire programme via the Catchup facility. It may a day late but you will watch the entire programme!

I agree it's also affecting my programmes they are over running you end up missing your ptograms it needs to be addressed as a matter of urgency this is not acceptable

The broadcaster is responsible for the accuracy of the EPG content on their own channel. You could email Sky viewer relations at ViewerR@sky.uk who can liase with the channel.

Thanks, but it is happening again and now the program names are not the programmes that they are currently airing this week so if you have the programme set to record it's the wrong one being aired and then we miss what happens in the episodes.

Ensuring that epg listings are correct are the responsibility of the individual broadcasters

Given the number of channels on Sky, I think sky would not want to set the precedent that they are correcting errors on the epg, as that could be a lot.

So it boils down to the tv broadcaster needing to ensure correct listing.

Otherwise, all the other broadcasters would expect the same
