topic Disney + Setup in What's On

When I first found out that Sky would be incorporating Disney, I downgraded my annual premium Disney+ package to the basic monthly £5.99 one in anticipation of Sky incorporating it and essentially allowing me to save money as I wouldnt be paying anything. On Friday when I got the text to say that Disney+ was not available on Sky I started the setup but it was telling me I would still be charged £9 a month, essentially it was still linking this to my premium package and trying to charge me the difference - I hadnt realised my premium package actually ends 23/03/2026 and the basic starts 24/03/2026. I therefore waited until today to start the setup but sky are still saying i'll be charged the £9. Disney+ says I already have sky linked. I have tried to get help via the online assistant, whatsapp and on call but wasnt able to get what I needed.

Looking for any help if possible. I spoke to someone on the phone who said I need to be at my TV which I can't see as being the only way given the issues I am having.

Thanks in advance

You might need to speak to Disney about this to see if they can help you .
