&lt;P&gt;Unless there is a loss of signal Sky wouldn't come out just to replace it given the limited life left in Satelllite TV in the UK.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you have Sky+HD Sky won't provide any support as that is a legacy box no longer supported by Sky.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;As &lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/9873"&gt;@GD1&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;indicates, Sky will only do so if you are experiencing signal issues on Sky Q&lt;/P&gt;</description>
