The only source I could find that specifically mentions the closure of That’s TV music channels is from MediaMole (https://mediamole.co.uk/broadcasting/thats-tv-reveals-closure-of-dedicated-music-channels/10684/).

However, MediaMole is not a well-established news authority in the way major broadcasters or news agencies are. It's essentially a niche entertainment/industry blog, and its reporting often consists of aggregating or summarising industry moves rather than independently verified journalism. For that reason, it's a good idea to treat its article as indicative but not confirmed by itself.

It's probably best to wait for an official announcement from Sky or That's TV, or for established news organisations such as the BBC or RTÉ to report it, before treating it as confirmed.

Thanks ChatGPT, but MediaMole is a reputable site run by the former editor of DigitalSpy. In any case the news is confirmed on the channels - there's a large banner announcing the closure at the top of the screen, as of yesterday morning.

That's music channels are now on the free Pluto and Rakuten TV apps.

Maybe at some point they could come to the xumo play app and that app could be made more widely available in the UK.

That's just rude. I wrote all that myself. We'll just agree to disagree with what sites are reputable.
