I've activated discovery plus previously and can log in but shows that I'm not a subscriber, done the activation process but still asking me to subscribe

I've got discovery plus and tnt sports , but when I sign in to discovery plus app it says I need to subscribe to watch

@Paulknox have you followed the activation process ( detailed here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/how-to-get-discovery-plus) to link your Sky and Discovery + accounts together?
