Just installed my hub yesterday and Disney was working fine then. Today however I see a message saying network error. Disney works on my phone and tablet fine just not the tv. Any help?

When you mention a new hub, do you mean a new Sky router/hub ?

You have not mentioned which Sky TV box you have, Sky Q or Sky Glass/Stream?

Would suggest doing a restart of your Sky box and also a restart of your broadband router.

Also, try an apps refresh;

Sky Q:

Press Home on your Sky Q remote, then highlight Settings.
Press 0,0,1 and Select to access the Installer menu.
Select Apps then highlight Refresh all Apps on this box. You'll see a message that says 'Your apps are being refreshed'. This will stay on screen until you press Dismiss to return to normal viewing - we recommend waiting at least 5 minutes before doing so.

Sky Glass or Stream:

Press Home on your Sky remote, then highlight Settings.
Press System management, then Resets and updates, and finally Refresh apps.
You'll see a message that says, 'Your apps are being refreshed'.
Press Dismiss to return to normal viewing. This can take up to 24 hours to complete fully.

If you are getting any kind of error code within the Disney app, might've be worth mentioning.
