      <description>&lt;P&gt;So it's not a paramount issue it's a sky issue. I raised a complaint via the contact us option on sky pages and got a reply in 12 hours! Not a resolution - but at least someone's talking to me. If not resolved I've told them to cancel the whole contract &amp;nbsp;as the service has been &amp;nbsp;shocking. See my other post. Keep asking /talking to them .&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
