Every night at 10 pm when I try to watch Sky News the picture shakes and blurs and then goes off completely saving no signal received.
does anyone else have this problem. I am in the Sandy Heath transmitter region. Thanks

The Freeview page (linked below) shows that several transmitters have maintenance scheduled this week (from 02/02/2026), which can cause picture shaking, pixelation, or signal dropouts like you're described.

You can check if your area is affected here:

https://www.freeview.co.uk/corporate/platform-management/planned-engineering-works

If your transmitter is listed, that would explain the issues. Freeview advises not to retune your TV while works are ongoing, reception should return to normal once the maintenance is finished.

Hope that helps!
