    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4602886"&gt;@Whysky20&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;A few things to try if you are on Sky Stream, firstly go to MySky and check your payments are up to date or that there is a message for you there. &amp;nbsp;Secondly do a puck reset by unplugging the power lead for at least 30 seconds and then reconnect and wait for it to return to the Home Screen. &amp;nbsp;Finally go to Settings (use the voice button is easiest) and select System management the Reset and updates, then select App refresh. &amp;nbsp;Again wait for it to return you to the Home Screen. &amp;nbsp; I hope that sorts it for you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you for trying to assist.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;we are on sky Q , I have unplugged and upon new start no change.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;our settings does not have 'system management' even using the voice button.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;are there any other ideas?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;That message is quite a recurring error on this community for both Discovery+ and Paramount+.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;From what we have seen, restarting your devices, app refresh generally has no effect on Sky Q or Sky Stream/Glass.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;We have seen some do a broadband router/hub reset with a half hour to hour off power that has helped.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you like, we could try doing an escalation to the Sky Community escalation team for you, to see if they can offer any help?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
