      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have called numerous times but still I have massive issues.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;so my tv constantly freezes, or no sound or no picture! &amp;nbsp;No signal is another issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;as I have reported on so many occasions I still see that I need to do a software update however I am unable to click on the link so it's now nearly 200 days overdue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have spoken to different people and yet still I get so many issues&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i miss so many programmes&lt;/P&gt;</description>
