I can't get Netflix to work I've tried unplugging the firestick and re booting etc nothing works. Every time I select a Netflix film to play , I get error code tvq-pb-101 (5.6.1)

@treadstoneuk Your post has been moved from the Sky Go Board as Netflix has nothing to do with the Sky Go App for mobile & pc's

Which Platform are you having this issue on? SKy Q or Sky Glass/Stream?

As you mention a Firestick @treadstoneuk what is the connection to Sky, so are you a Sky TV customer who has the Ultimate TV package on your account ?

I have amazing firestick plugged into my tv and Netflix was working fine , till yesterday but today it's popping up the error code

@treadstoneuk You haven't answered @caesarome question, do you pay your netflix subs through Sky?
