My handset doesn't connect with my tv screen. Have replaced batteries etc
My tv screen is completely stuck on ITV 1 and cannot alter it.

I have to switch tv off by the sky box.

i am 78 yrs and live alone and would like an engineer to come and replace what is needed within the next 24 hrs. Certainly before Christmas.

This forum is primarily customer-to-customer help, you're not talking to Sky support, no one will phone you as they will not know who you are from a forum post, you'll have to phone them but I doubt you'll get anything done my Xmas as that is only 3 days away anbd this time of the year is rather busy

Please answer the following question so that your thread can be moved to the correct place, where you're more likely to get help with your query

Which Sky TV Service do you have?

Sky+ (Satellite box)
Sky Q (Satellite box)
Sky Glass (Internet TV)
Sky Stream (Internet box)

Which TV platform do you have? Sky+, Sky Q, Glass, Stream etc?

Sky can't call you. Your Community name isn't linked to any Sky accounts you may have so no one knows who you are. Is there a family member, friend or neighbour that can help sort your remote?
