You don't say if you're accessing Prime via Sky or via the Prime app on your TV ( if you have a Smart TV that is ).&amp;nbsp; If you are accessing Prime via Sky, may I suggest that if you do have a Smart TV, then try the Prime app, which should be available in the apps section. Maybe this will sort out the issue.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
