Prime TV

Every time I watch something on prime TV I don't get a full picture on my screen, I just get a small box in the left hand side of the telly, so it's impossible to watch, I pay my prime bill every month so it's not that I haven't paid my bill, please could someone help me, I have rebooted my telly on numerous occasions but nothing seems to rectify the problem. Thank you

Are you watching Prime via a Sky Q box, Skky Stream or Sky Glass TV ?

@Debsolk15 Not sure if this will help or not. You don't say if you're accessing Prime via Sky or via the Prime app on your TV ( if you have a Smart TV that is ). If you are accessing Prime via Sky, may I suggest that if you do have a Smart TV, then try the Prime app, which should be available in the apps section. Maybe this will sort out the issue.
