Sky Atlantic: "All her fault" problem

I have been trying to watch All her fault, the program stops on an advert before starting and it won't move. Then screen goes black and the process starts again

What equipment are you seeing this on? Sky+/Q/Glass or Stream
What episode do you see it on?
If you have skip ads, is it after using this button?
Does a restart of the equipment help?

Not sure what it's for, it starts with a couple in a car they turn to look at a sleeping girl and sticks there, if I fast forward it just scrolls back

Exactly the same for me, skyQ, plays for a few minutes and then a black screen. Ive tried deleting and downloading again but goes straight to the black screen.

Has the issue with "its all her fault" been resolves yet. I still cannot watch it.

I also have the same issue with episode 1. I have unplugged sky box and downloaded again but it still sticks at the same part and then screen goes black

The more information we have, the better, otherwise it makes it very difficult for our engineers to find the problem.

We have the same issue you get 4 mins into episode 1, then freezes can not fast forward or rewind goes to a black screen.

we have tested all other episode they seem to be fine and will play

It freezes at 22 minutes in episode 1 and then exits the download

Episode 5 of All her fault will not play at all, it comes up with a blue screen saying sorry this item is currently unavailable. It has been saying this for the whole day, I am able to watch all other episodes.

Hey,

All Her Fault episode 5 keeps saying, currently unavailable... but episode 6 plays fine. Is episode 5 going to be available soon? I have tried restarting my Glass TV but still doesn't work.
