    <description>&lt;P&gt;its not just Samsung - Its happening to my Samsung TV but I was in currys today and thought I'd check the situation on a LG tv which has a similar "LG Channels" and Sky News was all fuzzy and distorted there too...its definetly a problem at Sky not the Samsung. I cant find any aknolwedgement for it from Sky on internet though.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Also have same issue. It's through Samsung, but not when accessed through NowTV. It's such a pain having to use that as workaround - &amp;nbsp;drilling in, finding channel etc. problem existed yesterday too. GBNews is NOT an option.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4523587"&gt;@Shoop1&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; Sky monitor all their output for both Satellite &amp;amp; Glass/Stream channels, the issue here is we don't know how the Fast channels are sent or received by Samsung, LG etc, so the issue may not be with Sky's output per se.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;How they receive such channels and whether the channel provider monitors the output seperately is up for debate.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It may be worth reaching out to Viewer Relations &lt;A href="mailto:ViewerR@sky.uk" target="_blank"&gt;ViewerR@sky.uk&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp; if they can advise or help they will let you know.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
