Passwords were changed and I swopped to G Mail.&nbsp;<BR />Despite numerous calls to Sky help desk I am no nearer getting Discovery +&nbsp;</P><P>I think that the problem lies with Sky only taking the D+ service and patching it through to us. In otherwords they do not have the necessary info to process the problem themselves. &nbsp;I was given a D+ contact email link which I filled in but never got a reply.
