Sky Arts stream not available on Freeview Play on iOS

Hi

I'm a fan of Sky Arts. In common with many users I get all my TV over the net and have abandoned the TV arial. Try as I might I have been unable to access Sky Arts on Freeview. There's no app on my Samsung tv and when I try it on the Freeview Play app (iOS) whilst I get the full programme info in the Guide there is no programme stream - just the Sky Arts logo. Have tried 5G, and both iPad and iPhone without success. So am trying posting on here. Is there an email address I can write to to someone in Sky who can look into this?

Hi @Anthony_C I'm afraid that Sky do not use email as a general means of contacting them. However, they do have an email address for programme complaints to viewer relations viewerR@sky.uk
