    <description>&lt;P&gt;Which Sky TV service do you have, Sky Q or Sky Glass/Stream?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Would suggest first repowering or restarting your Sky box.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you have Sky Q;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;LI&gt;Press &lt;STRONG&gt;Standby&lt;/STRONG&gt; on your Sky Q remote, then switch off or unplug at the mains and wait for the lights on your Sky Q box to turn off.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Plug in and switch your Sky Q box back on at the mains. Wait five minutes before trying the app again.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/OL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you have Sky Glass/Sky Stream;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Go to Settings&amp;gt;Systems Management&amp;gt;Resets &amp;amp; Updates&lt;BR /&gt;Select Restart device&lt;BR /&gt;Your Sky Glass/Stream puck will perform a reboot. It will take a few minutes to complete.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Plus, worthwhile doing an app refresh;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
