It has a link to click on which takes me to the sky sports package which I already have, nothing comes up for united. I have tried on the tv as well that comes up saying there is a fault.

So, for clarification, I think @Norman12b is talking about going to channel 418.

The instructions say to go to sky.com/united, call a phone number or press red.

When one goes to the website it redirects to sky.com/tv/sports?DCMP=ILC-skycom_MUTV-bluescreen. There's no mention of MUTV.
When one presses the red button to upgrade, a technical fault appears.

You need to go to https://www.sky.com/tv/sports
Then scroll down to "Dedicated Football channels" and select upgrade under MUTV on Sky.

That's if one already has MUTV from Sky, and wants to be able to view MUTV on the website.
Also, one cannot get a digital subscription from MUTV's website and watch MUTV on Sky.

If you subscribe to MUTV via Sky you get access to the MUTV Online service - but it doesn't work the other way round.

Once your MUTV subscription is setup with Sky - you then create a MUTV Online account.

In the settings is an option to add you Sky viewing card to confirm you're already a subscriber.
