      <description>&lt;P&gt;I pay Disney plus on my bill but cannot watch Disney plus through app unless I set up another subscription how can I get to watch this problem has been an issue for many months x I also pay for Netflix through sky bill of £9.something and Netflix are charging me £12.99 but I don't know what one to cancel as I don't know which is on my tv x the issue happened when Netflix app said log in so logged in and didn't realise another payment was set up doing this so been paying for months the£12.99 as above x please help also I would like to cancel kids package x&lt;/P&gt;</description>
