No idea, but I'm fairly sure it's nothing to do with Sky Q or any other Sky service (except possibly Sky Broadband which appears to have intermittent regional issues reaching Google servers)

@Bill02 Not sure what this has to do woth Sky Q (where you originally posted) or even Sky, i'd guess you can only add apps to your Toshiba TV from the provided app store.

You may be best asking this question in the AV Forum community.
